Raven's Place

I give Raven a 4 only because we had a 40th birthday party for my daughter on the top level of the building the rooms is very nice the food was very nice my only complaint is each flight of stairs that you had to take to get up to the room we rented had to have at least 15 to 20 stairs and it was two flights you had to take we had peoples that was handicap in ladies that wore heels and it was very hard for them to get up and down the stairs what's the point of having a elevator if you can't use it someone could have failed down the stairs and that would've been a liability for Raven I think they should think about how many stairs it is when people have been drinking and going up and down the stairs so when renting the rooftop out they should consider using the elevator

I just had my party last night at the Raven's Place. My tables were set up and food was good the hostess was attentive. Every one had a good time, I would recommend this spot for a party venue.

I recently had a surprise party for my husband at this establishment, I paid 300 dollars to have a party at the top level. Arrived at the facility to see that other people were sitting in my space and my guest that came had no where to sit and eat the food, that I had to purchase from Raven's place. When I expressed my concern to the manager and the owner, they told me that my $300 only covered a section of the upper level and 5 reserved tables. Who in their right mind would pay for that NOBODY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I brought my contract because I didn't want any issue, no where in the contract does it say you will have five reserved tables for $300 dollars, as a matter f fact when I talk to the so called party coordinator, she told me that i would have the entire upper level of the facility and that they may send some regulars upstairs to the bar, if the bottom level gets packed. To make a long story short, this place wants to be labeled as sophisticated, but they are very unprofessional.

This is a well kept secret in Blue Island and somewhere you should visit. Very nice interior and have some steppers sets. You will not be sorry.
