Notary hours are clarified when you call to ensure that your document can be notarized. They're posted on the door and website says to call for hours.



You should clarify the notary hours - seems like it is available when you are open - not the case as I discovered today!



The staff is extremely helpful. Have had a box there for years and do both domestic and international shipping. I understand I can not control custom clearance, the person that wrote the bad review should understand there are somethings that are beyond the control of the shipper, like customs. And the person below didn't share what the reason was the UPs UK called..., they could have had the same thing happen for whoever the shipper was.


DO NOT do business here

I paid over $140.00 to have a package sent on a Monday, promised to arrive on Thursday in the U. K.. It did not arrive until the following Monday. I have not received a refund of any kind, yet I was told a claim was sent on my behalf, yet my calls go unanswered, and no refund. My son and I spent hours tracking the package, I was called on Friday , the day after the package was to arrive, the store manager told me it was to be delivered that day. A few minutes later the UPS in the UK called and stated that the package would NOT be delivered until next week. I called the store and the answering machine was only available. I called again, and spoke with an employee, the manager had gone for the day. No more information available. I was very dissatisfied with this service, or lack there of service. I believe the United States Post Office would have been a better choice, and the Fed Ex store in Fort Washington too.
