Service by ALL employees is consistent and above average compared to other rental companies. They are always going out of their way to see that you, the customer, is taken care of and satisfied. They ask if you want any additional ins coverage or other equipment, but are not pushy. They let you decide. Renting a vehicle leaves a lot of responsibility to the renter and they want to be sure your decision to not take additional coverage and the outcome is known before you rent. Good business points for the normally uneducated renter. Great staff at Bloom!!

I have to agree with Shane. Its a small location so planning ahead is important if possible. The staff works like mad to make your experience a smooth and enjoyable experience. Too often though, they are a bit understaffed. This location seems to be a training ground for larger locations so there is quite a bit of turnover.
Make sure to book in advance. If you go the day of your trip there is a limited selection because it is a smaller store. However, if you book in advance, more often than not you will get a fine upgrade. Enterprise will show you style.
