        Not handy friendly. Could not shop. No wheelchair. Getting over a broken hip and to difficult with a walker to shop.

        The REI Sales Associates Are Terrific

        My friend and I are thinking about getting Nordic Walking Poles and so went to look. A knowledgable young man helped us and did not oversell the more expensive items. Although we made it clear we were just looking he was very thorough. The young woman in shoes was great and made several suggestions and looked for different things for us although she was quite busy. Sale prices were significantly discounted unlike some other outdoor outfitters I could name.
