Wish there was something less than 1 star!
Today I went into Andy Mohr, to look at a few cars, had made up my mind to buy a car that day, and wanted to drive out in one, a very interested buyer, but the salesperson there was not very knowledgeable.
I don't think the entire ANDY Mohr staff is like that but the Manager one Mr. Randy Bush, sure was rude, he almost walked out on me 3 times, while I was still talking, and was still seated Even my Friend who accompanied me noticed this, and we thought we made a mistake going there.
Frankly, I am not sure how they make any business if they have such RUDE and totally unprofessional Sales Managers and Sales staff on the front lines!!!

Gerard L. helped me get a good deal on a 97 Honda Accord. Selection wasn't the best but the accord I bought was fantastic. They really knew what they were talking about with the car especially Gerard. Very reasonable as well, he did not try to pressure me into anything and was extremely kind. Would highly recommend that if you come here, get Gerard to help you out!

This dealership’s handling of their part of the Honda/Takata airbag fiasco was awful. I received the safety recall notices on both driver’s and passenger’s side airbag.
“James" called twice; once to tell me that the passenger’s side airbag replacement was in;second, to tell me that it was replaced.
But a week later, when the driver's side airbag was done: no passenger's side.
This is a serious SAFETY issue, now compounded by a serious TRUST issue.
Meanwhile, Honda tells me that the passenger’s side airbag threat is no big deal: Just have my kids all ride in the back seat. Another “inconvenience,” I guess. They’re sorry.
The dealership just loves to shrug its collective shoulders, say their hands are tied, nothing they can do. The attitude of Honda service and sales staff toward customers is, at the end of the day, one of contempt.
It is worth it to go way out of your way to NOT give them your money.

Please DO NOT take your vehicle to Stephens Honda Hyundai in Bloomington, Indiana for ANY body work your vehicle needs. I have never been treated so poorly in my life from a business that states they are there to please the customer and especially a customer who was in a different state when the accident occurred. I have never had a body shop have my vehicle for 3 months out of 6 months so far this year and it still isn't fixed correctly for a job that could've taken another body shop in town a couple weeks (they had my vehicle 2 separate times). They not only didn't fix the things they should've from the accident, but they also messed up other things on my vehicle that weren't messed up in the first place. They were paid by insurance to put new parts of my vehicle, but instead they didn't buy the new parts and tried to put pieces of rubber behind parts to make them looked fixed. Not fixing a door that wouldn't shut because they stated that's all the time insurance paid them for, so if it wasn't fixed right then that's not their fault. They also broke the door panel on the door and instead of buying a new one, since they broke it or calling me and notifying me about it they just put a dry wall screw through the panel to hold it to the door. So now after taking my vehicle to this body shop twice it’s still not fixed and now I have more problems. The women who work at the front desk of the body shop are some of the rudest people and are very uneducated about their job and its functions. The people who are working doing body work and paint seem to also be uneducated about their job or just don't care about their jobs and or their customers. I have over spray on my vehicle where there shouldn't be and no one said anything about it. I tried to wait to talk to the general manager about these problems and he stood up from his chair and walked to the doorway or his office and stated that he wouldn't' speak with me about any problems any longer. Please do not use them for any body work because I would hate for this to happen to anyone else!

Amazing Service!!!

I just took my CRV in for an oil change for the first time. When I left, I found myself looking forward to my next one, really! They were super friendly, prompt and honest. As a female I expect to be taken advantage of, but no one tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I paid less than I dix at the last place I went. My car was washed and vacuumed without my request and a beautiful carnation was placed on my dash. I forgot my drink at the cashier and when I returned, an employee met me outdoors to return it. I will definitely return!

Raves for Stephens Hyundai

I have nothing but fabulous things to say about salesman Dave Speicher and service manager Kyle and his crew. I originally purchased a Sonata and subsequently traded it in for a Tucson and wouldn't go to any other dealership to buy a car. Doing the deals to buy the vehicles was simple and straightforward and the service department treats me like the princess that I am. Ladies, there is no better place to have your vehicle serviced if you enjoy being treated like an intelligent human-being.
