        Overall

        I'm not usually a fan of writing bad reviews, but their customer service is horrible. I have taken off 2 days of work to have a washer/dryer delivered, and neither day a dryer has come. The first day they didn't even bother to call and tell me that the washer/dryer wasn't coming. I had to call them, and they say it was damaged. They admit they forgot to call.. They set it up for the next day to be delivered. The second day comes and the next dryer is damaged. I find that hard to believe but who knows. Now I am setup for 8 days later to have a washer and dryer delivered because they have to get one from the warehouse. Lets hope it actually comes...........
