ZIEBART DESTROYS YOUR CAR! I brought a brand new sedan to Bloomington's Ziebart for the diamond gloss protection and window tinting. When I went to pick the car up, I found they had treated the paint without even removing the bugs from the front bumper. Basicly, they sealed the bugs to the car's paint. I also found dirty shoe prints all over the brand new leather interior and console of the interior from when the worker was appling the tent to the windows. It had been explained to me they would treat the door sills with the diamond gloss and anywhere exterior paint was. This wasn't true. I found numerous places around the car's body where the paint had not even been wiped off from when I brought the car in. They fixed their mistakes only after I had to point everything out to them. A few months later, after having never washed the car by hand, I decided to give it a thoughough cleaning and discovered streaks on the windshield that would not come off. I took the car to a professional detailer for him to look the car over. He was appalled at both the windshild and the paint damage that had been done by Ziebart. He told me the windshild was unrepairable due to a solvent that was wiped onto the glass and imbedded itself withing the windshield. He also noticed swirl marks coving the entire exterior of the car. By looking at the glare of the sun reflecting off the surface of my car, you can clearly see swirls coving the vehicle. No one except has Zeibart has laid hands on the body of this car nor the windshied since the factory built it in Alabama a few months ago. It was apparent Ziebart did the damage so I brought the car back to them to show the manager my concerns. The manager refused to ackowledge the paint had swirl marks even when his coworker spotted them. He kept challenging my statements and told me that his business had not caused the damage and he wasn't able to do anything for me. Eventually, he walked away from me and locked himself in his store. Some business this is! They destroyed part of my brand new car and completely denied responsibility. Needless to say, I won't be renewing my protect a shine coating annually at the discounted rate. I wasted seven hundred dollars with this company and I am hoping you don't do the same. Take your vehicle to professionals and save yourself the hassle. ZIEBART IS DISGRACEFULL.
