Our fridge has been broke for 7 weeks and they still can't fix it. Fridge has been out of service about 4 months of the almost 2 years we have owned it. We have lost 3 fridge fulls of food because of breakdowns. Sears has done nothing about any of it. We will never buy anything from Sears again or have them repair it.

The washer we own isn't a Samsung, it's a Kenmore. This was the info given the tech. Took one week for the appointment. Can't fix washer. Parts need to be ordered. Another appointment made. This'll mean another week, 2 total, of no washer. Where are the parts coming from, China? Not happy that there is no warehouse with parts being stocked, in either Peoria or Bloomington, IL.

The item WAS NOT repaired. At no time were we informed that there was a minimum $249.00 flat fee for service. When I booked the repair I informed the operator that the microwave showed an "f9" error and she repeated it back to me. Upon arrival, the technician Tony called the manufacturer and was told that an "f9" code error would require the offending circuit board to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair and could not be repaired as a "collect" item...meaning, for all practical purposes THE UNIT COULD NOT BE REPAIRED. PERIOD! The consumer needs to know of any flat fee for service BEFORE booking that service and when an error code indicates that the repair cannot be made on site or "collect" the consumer should be notified and able to cancel the repair.
