        Emily Watt is a an exceptional sales person with top notch knowledge about the product. I was shopping with my mom for a sofa for her new place. When asking my mom where we should look she mentioned “I don’t want to go to Laz y Boy, I had a terrible experience there in 2012.” I said well let’s try and we can always leave. Immediately when entering the store Emily changed my moms view on the store. Emily was able to direct my mom toward a piece of furniture to match her taste then able to go on explain why this particular sofa would suit my moms need. Emily mentioned she would call my mom on Saturday morning if this piece went on sale more but couldn’t guarantee it. Emily kept her promise she called my mom Sat am and let her know the sofa she was interested in was on sale that day. We went back sat am and purchased the sofa. Emily is exceptional at her job and should recognized for her salesmanship and knowledge about the stores products.
