The geek squad got me for over $500, 3 service calls and didn’t even fix my problem. I got fed up and opened the phone book and found these guys. I was nervous trying a small company at first, but lord I’m glad I did. They fixed my problem in less than an hour and it only cost me $39.99 (there diagnostic charge). It turned out it was a fan in an enclosure went out and the hard drive that was in there was getting to hot and that was why my machine was crashing and freezing. I wasn’t sure at first if what they said was right, but my machine has been working great ever since. BTW, I called best buy and told them the story and they told me "Oh, well that must have been another component that went out and was unrelated to the service calls from the geeks. I didn’t buy it; I had the same problem from the start. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. If you want knowledgeable technicians, excellent prices and great service then give these guys a chance. The owner Dustin (or Justin) is a sweet heart too.
