BAD CUSTOMER TREATMENT! OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE first off - nobody was there at the front lobby to introduce me to a sales agent. after loitering around the showroom for 15 minutes. I wanted to test drive two cars to compare and decide what to buy. I finally met this gentleman who helped and gave me print outs of information of the cars that i asked for and it was very useful but when i demanded a test drive this gentleman tells me "we can test drive if you are buying it next week and we are not going to drive if you are going to buy it after 6 months" so basically i was rejected a test drive even though they had the models available. You expect me to order the car to be eligible for a test drive??? This shows what a shameful mindset your employee has! I work for chrysler and this is the worst treatment that i could face disgusting! Insulted to bits and pieces i left this showroom never to return, I found another showroom where i test drove 4 cars and booked the one i liked! I I have visited every dealership in MI and Golling - Bloomfield hills, MI is worst dealership in the whole of michigan!!!
