        Overall

        I called on a Monday morning after realizing our fridge stopped working in the night- the receptionist was wonderful, and very sympathetic to our problem. She was able to squeeze me in for an appointment and gave me a time frame. The technician was on time, and very knowledgeable!! He had our fridge up and running in 25 min after replacing a starter or something. The service call and part was very affordable, and he still gave me a discount! I will be telling everyone about Direct Home Appliance Repair!
