        First, I rated them 4 stars on...

        First, I rated them 4 stars only because I hesitate to rate anything as perfect.



        I am an attorney out of Los Angeles and I needed to serve an individual in Bismarck on very short notice.



        I tried Frank Enterprises and they completed service in a timely and professional manner. They were upfront about their very reasonable rates and I did not run into any hidden fees.



        Also, because they work weekends, they probably saved me from getting a tongue lashing by the judge monday morning.
