Very professional with the sale and installation of a replacement boiler. Brian Miller provided ideas that saved us money by optimizing the equipment for the installation. The installers were very polite and friendly and professional completed the installation. They took the extra time to review the operation of the equipment.

There is not enough room nor do I have the time to write what a nightmare working with them has been. After spending close to $1,000.00 since the beginning of the year we have yet to have anything they've done been done right. Most of the time since the beginning of the year has been spent waiting for return calls that never come.

The plumber insisted that my major plumbing leak was due to the yard faucet having a worn seal . I knew this couldn't have caused the massive water leak but he insisted that he had "inspected" the pipe. Later, a hose was hooked up and we had another massive flood of water. Surprise! He says that he can't see the pipe that is in the ceiling. I asked how he had "inspected" it earlier. Helooked for 5 1/2 hours for a leak that came from upstairs toilet after Rotorooter guy had broken pipe trying to clean it. 17 1/2 hours total to replace the faucet, pipe, find the leak and replace the "closet" where the pipe had broken. No return calls from management. He also ripped the sheetrock paper on both the affected wall and the one connected to it rather than cutting the paper requiring repair of two walls instead of one. Wont call again.

Where do I begin. Every experience I have had with them has been poor. When we had our furnace installed I had to call multiple times just to get someone to call me back about when they were actually coming to put it in. They eventually came 3 1/2 weeks after the original date they gave us.
It then took them much longer to install the furnace than they claimed it would. (More mileage charge for them I would imagine) They also drilled two 2 inch holes for venting right next to the steps from our deck to our back patio and left the pipes uncaulked, with nothing preventing insect or water entry. They also added about 18" of pipe on the outside of the vent holes, and it looks horrible!
The technician replaced the old thermostat with a new one but left a 3x4" hole in the sheet rock when the removed the old thermostat. Guess who got to replace that.
Any kind of communication with them is next to impossible. I am highly disappointed with them and would not recommend them to anyone.
(The only reason they get a 1 star review is because I have to give them something in order to post a review. Otherwise, I would give them a zero!)

Think before you hire them, something is not right, one star only because I have to give them a star to leave a review. Commercial plumbing work, requested bid for work to be done, they gave me a price on equipment only, but would not include labor or freight costs. When I questioned them on the type of equipment I needed they avoided me for days until I accidently got one of them to answer the phone. I asked what will the cost will be for labor and freight, they told me that won't know until the work was done I explained that I can't leave something like that open, I need somewhat of an idea what the cost will be, then the guy said, I don't want to do business with you because you will the find the equipment cheaper and then want us to install it and I just don't do business this way. I explained that I was not going to hand over a blank check and you just charge me what you want too. No one would do that. Basically I caught them trying to hike up the cost and they didn't want to really divulge the true cost for the work to be done. They just wanted someone who really needed the work done and then they would stick the price to them. This plumbing company is a little shady to me. Take a chance, you be the judge!
