Tower Loan

The worst experience ever!!!! I called in advance to try to get information about the process, pretty much so I wouldnt waste my time going up there.. The female who answered the phone rude and short with her answers, just horrible customer service. I ended up going there anyways since i was in route. I was finally able to put a face with a voice and I wish I was able to get her name because I hate identifying people by color. She rushed me with the paper work, didn't explain anything, just rude overall!! I wouldn't go back there or even referr anyone to them
