They have a good selection of western wear

The salesman was awesome! He was very patient and willing to help. However the lack of technology in this store is ridiculous! They had to hand write each item I bought on 4 different papers, and it took over 30 minutes to complete the task, not to add one of the pairs of boots were not entered in correctly and he had to re-ring them back up, and write down all that information. A small computer with a barcode scanner and receipt printer, and they would be fantastic. But I don't see that happening. I won't be back.

I have sent two customers to this store. No more. My son wanted some distressed work boots. I let him go pick out a pair while I was out of town---and told him, don't pick a pair of pointed toe cowboy boots. When I got back that same day, he had worn them to Publix and back-----yes---pointed toe cowboy boots. He said the manager there told him that was what everyone was wearing. I took the boots back the very next day, with the tags still attached and told the manager we were going to pick out a pair of work boots, which is what we asked for. A simple exchange. The manager refused to exchange them because the bottom of the boots had a scuff. He said he couldn't sell them to anyone else. One day. Tags still attached, receipt in hand. I will never send anyone there-----terrible customer service. $200 pair of boots. Clearly they care more about one sale than 3 referrals.

NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! TWO WEEKS AND BOOTS BEGAN TO PEAL AND CRACK THEY REFUSE TO REFUND!!! INFERIOR PRODUCT
