Southside Pain Specialists

I've been going to Southside Pain since Dr. Goyne moved her practice there. I was not happy till my last visit when I was seen by Dr. Kendrick. My son and I were both happy. We like this Dr very much. He offered an alternative treatment for me and said if we agreed to ask through the Patient Portal. The problem is I can't get into the Portal and I've tried calling but get cut off before I can leave a message. I'm very interested in this other procedure. I wish they would call me back.

Which is a hundred times stronger. I told her is that going to help me. She said of course. Well I go to the pharmacy and get them, which was a four hundred dollor patch. I only got four of them. Which was fine cause I just wanted to get better. I put the patch on, and left it on for six hours. So I called her and told her that, I'm allergic to it. She said she couldn't do nothing. I asked her could she just lower my does of morphine, until I see her again and we can figure this out. She must of been busy or something and told me to take Tylenol and ibuprofen. I ended up in the psychiatric hospital. She has harmed my body and she also has put me in a lot of danger. I just need help. No will is helping me. I do not know what to do. Dr. Ashlee Filmed has made me in danger cause, I've been off my medicine. Cold turkey. A doctor can not do that. They just can't take you off anything cold turkey. They at least have to lower your does till you come off of it. So now she said she would not see me any more cause I went to the psychiatric hospital, that she did this to me. I need help. So.done please. Dr. Ashlee Fulmer is not a good doctor. She should know all this. My life is in harm and danger.
