Regions Bank

so i had a loan and was in a total loss accident and when i called this branch to ask if i still needed to make payments i was told no gap coverage and insurance was going to cover it this was in september of 2009 3months later i recieved a bill from their collection agency for 900 plus dollars and did not have the money to pay so i settled in september of 2010 according to their records as of september 15th of 2010 however they did not remove it from my credit or update it to the truth they left it as if i never payed them a dime and have i tried several times to talk to them yet the Saint Peters branch could not help me and i called this branch yesterday and ryan edwards their employee told me it should not be on my credit report yet when i faxed hem a page of the report proving the inaccuracy they told me he was wrong and treated me like im a loser and refused to help me transfered me to a new department to talk with somebody else who didnt even bother to take my call or call me back so i have been lied to twice by their employess treated disrespectfully and i made all the payments until their employee told me i did not need to make anymore and i have lost over 100 points on my credit due to no fault of mine and they do not plan to correct it the supervisor told me i was a liar and that they are not going to take it off orfix the inaccuracy of my credit reporting
