Pho Que Huong

We tried this restaurant after receiving great reviews from a Vietnamese family who are regulars at the place. They said it was the closest thing to traditional Vietnamese you can find in the Birmingham area.
We loved the atmosphere, and the hostess remembers us every time we come through the door. My personal favorite is the MI Xao Mem Hoy Don with beef; however, I can also say that, in my experience, their Pho broth is miles better than Pho Pho in Birmingham.
We have only gotten to go orders, and it's always ready promptly within a 20 min wait or less. They always get the complete order correct, which is not always the case from my experience with other restaurants along Greensprings.

spring rolls and soups and sandwiches...oh my...it is great to have Vietnamese pho available in Alabama
