This place is awesome and professional, one time they got my order wrong and gave it to us for free. The food is great.

my steak was one of the best I have ever had but my wife got a dish of scallops and spinach that was to die for and I'm a steak and shrimp guy but I would get her dish next time I go that's how good it was and the wait time was nothing five ten minutes top

Awesome food and great seafood restaurant! Wonderful servers and cool atmosphere too! Popular place, not for a quick meal, so have patience. Highly recommended!

This place has poor...absolutely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!! After all the hassle of driving in heavy traffic and the rain, arrives at the restaurant for an EXTENDED WAIT TIME. My significant other and I were told that our wait tike would be an hour so we decided to wait in the bar area. After seating ourselves, we had to sat there over 25 minutes with no services for drinks!!!???? Then a customer yells out, Hey, can someone take my damn drink order??? I've been here over 20 minutes and no one has taken my order!! The customer services here is poor!!!!" My significant other and I agreed that the services there is awful so we left to dine elsewhere. After driving from Hwy 280 to another restaurant near the Galleria, Pappadeaux sends a text to my phone, Your table is now ready." Well, too bad. We are obtaining better services elsewhere where Customers wait time is valued.
