Domino's Pizza

Great service! They used to be pretty bad, but recently they've really stepped their game up! Very friendly staff, delivery received on time every time I order! Couldn't ask for a better dominos! Keep up the great work guys! Never going back to pizza hut or papa John's!!

Domino's Pizza Old Springville Rd, Birmingham AL. This was the most ridiculous service I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! It was like the 3 stooges were working there, only there were 5 or 6 of them. Ordered online at 6:30 for 8:15 pick up. I stand at the counter while they are all running around in circles. 3 different guys asked my name but never looked for my food until I started getting angry. Then one of them goes to look and is reprimanded to stay at the front counter by the stooge in charge. I left my phone in the car so I had no idea I was standing at the counter for 30 min. My husband tried to call me several times and got worried and called the store only to get hung up on, They found my food on the delivery shelf. It was cold and soggy and they even got the order wrong. My advice to everyone.....NEVER order from this store. It's a joke.....The biggest idiot of all was me for accepting this crap.

I ordered my pizza for delivery and didn't receive it until over an hour later. The manager was rude and didn't give me a discount or anything. This is the 3rd time I've had a problem with them delivering late. They have terrible customer service. I suggest you order from another Dominoes Pizza place
