Waited 20 minutes in auto audio. No sales person. Asked at front desk for help back there, as customers were gathering. Waited another 15 minutes, and still no help. Two other customers and I finally left the store. They have great STUFF, just nobody to help with selection or answer questions.

Unsatisfactory customer service experience with my laptop, which has been in for repairs 3 times. Two previous times the motherboard was replaced (twice) and now the audio portion no longer works. I was told this would be a 1 hr fix and I would be contacted when repaired. No phone call. After 3 days, I called only to be told they could not locate the laptop and finally it would be fixed by the end of the day and I would be called. Still no call. 2 days later I called again and was told I would have to purchase some new software which would be compatible with the new motherboard. I purchased the laptop, the extended warranty, paid for the initial set ups and paiid for backup files, all from Best Buy. Now when the warranty is about to expire, I'm told I have to make additional purchases. I escalated this to the store manager, John Brad (no last name, because he refused to give his last name), who repeatedly quoted store policy in the midst of customer dissatisfaction. I asked for the regional's name and phone number. John Brad gave a name but refused to give a contact number where possibly I could resolve the issue. Instead he told me I could call a main number where I would be quoted company policy consistant with what he was telling me. I have purchased the laptop, with warranty, camera, with warranty and flatscreen TV, along with a number of other products from Best Buy. With the recent experience of poor customer service, I could only recommend the store if someone did not care about satisfaction with their purchase.

The staff is willing to spend as much time as it takes to help you select the electronics or television you want. Great selection. Very good prices.
