Baumhower's Victory Grille

I have gone to this location for many years and Friday night it looked like a pig sty! There was NO ONE to sit us when we arrived because she was in the phone and never acknowledged us . Then said let me get a table ready.
We were seated quickly then and I wish I had taken pictures. Our table was sticky and nasty and there was paper all over the floor in the aisles and under the table.
I went to the women's restroom and the toilet paper holder was OFF the wall and hanging down in the stall.
The toilets were nasty. It looked as if the restroom had not been checked in days. If the health department had come in that day I feel sure they would have gotten a terrible rating.
One of my friends ordered the chili and it was not good. The burgers were good as usual but all of the fries were hard and cold. Terribly disappointed.

I normally have a good experience when I visit this restaurant however today was terrible! We got our food 40 min after being there, did not get drinks for 30 min, and then when the food gets to the table it's wrong. There goes another 15 min, needless to say we had to get to go boxes and I'm still hungry! What a way to spend your lunch. The explanation was they started off bad this morning so I had to pay for that at lunch. If you are having a bad morning & short staffed your customers should not have to pay for that. I am late going back to work & have to face my boss and not sure what those consequences will be.

Great food, friendly service, easy to get in and out within your lunch hour. The fried pickles are especially yummy!
