American Family Care

The American Family Care was horrible! I called ahead to see if they were busy (I can only get off work for a short time), and they told me they couldn't tell me if they had a lot of patients or not! Why not? It would help them, and help me. They told me they opened at 8:00, and I asked if that was a good time to come. Of course she couldn't tell me. I showed up at 8, and the parking lot was full. The patients log in sheet showed that they signed in at 7:45. What? I was told they opened at 8.
When I finally signed in, it was horrible. The place is nowhere near up to par with a real doctor's office. I sat there for a long while, and finally took my name off the list and had to go back to work with no treatment, and lost work time.
I used to love American Family Care, and tell everyone about it. No more. Last year I called ahead, and they told me when they weren't busy so I could come in. What was wrong with that?

The staff at the counter did not know what medical services could be provided in the clinic before collecting the fee, though it was refunded later. The doctor was not very friendly and rude in an unprofessional way when talking to me. I am not sure whether this explains the emptiness of the clinic. However there was not a single patient waiting in the lobby when I paid my visit. You probably have to think twice if you need to visit this clinic.
