I was sent to this location to recieve a urinalysis by a new employer soon as I sat down my name was called heck I thought it was going to be a minute so I had went to the rest room soon as I got there I know shame on me greeted by Mrs.Kendra she laughed and gave me a bottle of water I sat for a while then went back to her she immediately called me back she was patient,, very kind and friendly conversation I mean I actually told her she was the nicest person I've met since moving to Birmingham 6 mths ago I would return to this location if nothing more than another friendly conversation and a nice smile thank you Mrs.Kendra!!!!

VERY POOR SERVICE. Very unprofessional, not diligent at all, and only make you feel worse than what you were before coming in. Supposedly "specialized" healthcare workers who dodge minor coughs and colds (what they're trained to treat) because they feel susceptible to getting sick. Would NEVER attend here anymore, and advise all others to refrain from such a inconvenience and poor excuse of a treatment facility.

I went in today for a visit. I arrived at 8:40 am and was quickly taken to the back where I sat until 11:00 am. I decided to ask if I had been skipped to make sure They knew about me. I was quickly told that the doctor would be with me when it was my turn and to return to my room. How rude! I went back to get my things so I could leave. I walked back out and the same rude fool of a nurse asked if I was leaving. Of course i am, I said. Only then did she take action. The doctor came to see me and spent, no joke, all of 30 seconds with me. He didn't look at anything... He wrote me a prescription and told me to check out. These fools aren't there to serve us. They are only there to serve themselves... Very poor experience.
