Higgins Norbert A

Mr. Higgins represented my children in Broome County Family Court for several years. He was always had their best interest at heart and caught for their rights. He did his best for the children, always, determined to spend whatever effort needed to succeed on behalf of the voices that needed to be heard above the self centered courts. The same negative comments attacking Mr. Higgins on this site and other social media is one person's vendetta for political gain which will falls far short compared to all the honest years Mr Higgins has spent defending and protecting children in family court.

I had the opportunity to see Mr. Norbert Higgins, attorney, in Supreme Court, Broome County, Binghamton, NY. I cannot see any better way to tell you about Mr. Norbert Higgins, than to quote him directly from the transcript of the proceeding: Mr Higgins said "I'm sorry, Judge, I wasn't following it that much." I think his words speak for themselves.
