The first three times I took their cab to work it was $15 I only go to work that's it. Today I get charged $23 man answering the phone says it's because of my location. My location hadn't changed from the first few times. Not to mention the driver helped himself to a tip. I gave him $40 and only got $14 back. Thieves. I'm a single mom that's taking money out of my kids mouths. I can't afford to even have a $1.00 taken from me. Bad business very bad.

The Dispatcher had the Audacity to fake call the police on my husband, then smack his phone out his hand, told Bob & he said, nothing he could do.They need to be shut down. Filthy & Funky.

Called one day to get a lift from the VA clinic back home, only to be immediately upon answer put on hold. After more then 30 minutes on hold (with no response from the dispatcher), I hung up and called again. Dispatcher immediately placed me on hold once again, without even being able to talk to anyone else. After calling back a 3rd time after another 20 minute wait time, dispatcher was incredibly rude. Would rather hike the 5 miles home then ever using this "service".

Hey guys! If you want to be yelled at just because you made a guy repeat what he said through a phone, heres your perfect find! Interesting way they deal with customers :) Oh yea btw, they dont come.

I just walked into office caught white female dispatching blowing a 13 year old today 5/5/16 she didn't even stop when I walked in

This company is terrible. Do not deal with them. Do not waste your time because you will never get a cab

my cab was almost an hour late, no sence of urgency, no refund, I was talked down to on the phone it was a horrible experience, find a different cab company

Gave me a ride from bus terminal to airport. Very pleasant. Driver was very nice.

I've had pretty good service and the dispatcher is pleasant if you are.

WORST CAB COMPANY EVER! The driver was very rude and the price was "$6/person". We took the cab from South Side Yannis to the Holiday Inn downtown and the cost was $24 for the four of us. That is less than a mile and a half of travel time. It should be mandatory for cabs to have a meter so they don't rob people like this company does. better off walking.

The dispatch is very rude,they lie about pick up times. I've waited up to an hr for a cab after work. Sometimes the the drivers lie and say they came but no one was there for pick up. I would recommend anybody to go for another service. There cabs are dirty and smell. Whoever owns the company should be ashamed of the business they run.

They service is extremely poor they leave you on hold for at least 15mins they take forever its ridiculous

Drivers buy and sell drugs. Dispatch knows about this and won't do anything.

Waited for 12 minutes on hold to reschedule my cab. The dispatcher was rude and refused to send the cab at the time I needed. They said they left me a voice mail...they lied. This isn't the first time they've been rude and kept me waiting. So over Un courteous cab.

Their cars are dirty and smell like smoke. I've used them several times and every time their drivers are rude and unprofessional. Even when calling for the cab, they sound rude. their rates are different as well, i got charged 8$ before and 10$ another time. Definitely not worth it.

If you know what's good for you than I suggest taking another cab or just carpooling. It took them one full hour for them to pick me up from the grocery store. On top of that they dropped me off at the wrong address.

Thank goodness I have never had to use this company for my own transportation needs. One of my neighbors used this company and upon being dropped off at her apt, the cab started having mechanical issues. Instead fo the company having a tow truck come and get the piece of junk, the driver left it half in my neighbors assigned parking space and sticking out into the parking lot about 6 feet. The manager of the apt community where I live was informed of the situation and contacted the company only to find out they were in no rush to have it removed and the company is ran out of a town over an hour away (Binghamton, NY). The apt. manager said she warned them it would be towed if needed. Both neighbors that are parked on each side of the cab cannot get their vehicles out now because of where the driver left it. My neighbor said she told the driver to park it in the lot right next door which is a large open parking lot but she refused to and said she would try to be back by 11:00am to get it...it's after 11:00am now and it's still there keeping our parking lot from being fully plowed of the 2 feet of snow we got over night. This is definitely a company I will be sure never to use. I hope I get to see it being towed :)
