Unplugged

Came in a few months ago... I came in to buy some things for my phone and I was able to get my things, but the service could have been better. I am glad to say, i just recently went in and got a screen shield and a new case and the employee there was great, very helpful. I am glad to see that some of the less helpful employees are going and have been replaced by very good new ones.

The customer service was wonderful. They gentleman at the Shiloh store helped me pick out a durable case that fit my needs perfectly and he also installed one of the nice Clear Protector screen covers on my SIII. I'll go back again and again! And also in such a convenient location...we stopped in after our movie and we were surprised to see they were open until 10pm!

I am getting very annoyed with unplugged. Every time I come, they are "closed". They always have an excuse on the door of why they aren't there. Today it said they were taking out trash. That's fine, but they were literally gone for over an hour. I have also came about four other times and they always have an excuse why they aren't there. I would rather pay extra at Verizon to get my screen protecter than have to deal with this. I am not one to complain about things like this, but it has gotten very annoying and I don't exactly live close, so it is unc
