        Overall

        Please be very careful about using this managment service. We found over $20000 discrepency in our books. Their explanation is that using the accrual system they don't report bills until they pay them.. Since we weren't making eonough revenue they kindly put our expenses into a special account and were paying themselves back --to the tune of $20000+ the next year. Our 2011 books are totally wrong, taking the money they supposedly are owed out of 2012 messes the P and L up for selling the property. No mention that the 2011 books was made until I discoved what they were doing in July 2012.

        Worst mgmt ever

        Not punctual, poor service, undertrained staff/maintenance or none at all, would recommend to look elsewhere if you can (only pertains to rental staff)
