Super experience! The man running this operation treated me and my situation with such integrity, that I have to believe that he's setting the standard in customer service! He didn't even make a dime on me!!! I was out of town, worried that my car had developed a service issue - which it had. The issue my car had wasn't emergent and the type of work needed to be done would be best served at a service center in my hometown, to be fully covered under parts and labor warranty. Mr. Bill researched and found a reputable center in my city of residence and one that would be warrantied through the NAPA program. Johnson Automotive is super clean, responsible and cares more about their reputation of integrity than the bottom dollar. Perhaps they've learned that being a company of integrity is how they earn their reputation, thus how they make and keep happy customers!
