Twin City Taxi

I use to use Twin City but not anymore because I had 3 no shows in a row
The female dispatcher is rude and unreliable. They are very expensive. The cabs are dirty and usually in need of a mechanic

Never can understand why someone would use a taxi service nowadays when Uber or Lyft is in town! No long wait times, you can see where your driver is at any moment, see his/her reviews, and you don’t pay nearly as much. And you don’t have to talk to any disrespectful/unprofessional dispatchers like Twin City has.

0 stars. Call hours ahead and there still hours late. Dispatch (the lady) hung up on me mid sentence multiple times. Broken seatbelts and broke down cabs. The worst cab company ever!

Unfortunately is impossible to select zero stars. This is the worst cab company ever. The cab took a while to arrive and when it did the driver said we had to wait for another passenger (what a heck???). After the other passenger arrived the cab drove for 2 blocks and stopped and said that we had to wait for another passenger......
I waited almost one hour to arrive in my destination. In the mean time the cab driver said he was trying to do his job and blah blah blah.....The driver was very disrespectful saying that this is the way taxis run in US, what a heck? I've never seen a cab driver do that.
Anyway, when we arrived in the destination the cab charged a full fare to each one instead splitting the fare. If you can don't take their cabs. Poor service, expensive and disrespectful!!

I have used their cab service three times the first time it was 8.50 the next two times they charged me 16.00 for the same ride never again will I ride with these scammers.

It is very refreshing to know you can go out in a town you are visiting, and call a local company to get you back to your hotel safe and sound. The service was quick and the driver was very nice.

Cars are very dirty. Always late. One driver yelled the "n" word out the window. Call any other taxi

3 miles, in Biddeford = $15. Expect to tell the driver how to get there. You will also hear the dispatcher yelling and screaming at the drivers which makes for an unpleasant ride.

Excellent ride as always. Really glad to know that a small local company has such great service after all these years.

Great Local Company, they have always been on time, great phone dispatch, and great drivers!

Incredible experience. We were picked up by the nicest driver and our long drive was much more affordable then their competition. The car was a very clean Subaru with plenty of room for all of our luggage. We will be taking this company every time we return to the area.

The other day I had to call twin city taxi inc. they brought me to Portland. I had the best experience with everyone. The dispatcher was very nice and answered all my questions. The car was cleaned and smelled nice and fresh. The driver was great we talked and laughed all the way. I would call Twin City Taxi again:)

Giving a heads up, to anyone who has respiratory issues such as asthma, as I have already seen this twice. They let their drivers smoke inside the cabs themselves, even with customers in them!

Used their services twice recently.

First time the cab arrival was timely and I had no complaints about the trip.

Second time the cab driver mistook the address, rushed past me waving wildly at him and waited for 20 minutes in another location until I called the dispatcher and spent a minute convincing him that their driver mistook the address. Mistakes happen, but they could always call me back after realizing that something was wrong, which they chose not to do.

The vehicles are pretty old but functional, no complaints about the drivers' behaviour during the trip.

I will likely use their services in the future, but only due to terrible experience with another company from the area and general lack of competition.

Unfortunately I was unable to select zero stars as a rating. If I could have I would have because they deserve nothing more than that. Numerous times I have been very irritated by this company. Do not call them for service! They are extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They have hung up on me and other people I have called with. Many many many times. They have tried to change prices just because they're in a bad mood. They have horrible drivers, that should never be allowed to drive in snow. Horrible, horrible, horrible, unacceptable company.

Never call Twin City Taxi. I'm not one to rant about a business but holy when did it become PROFESSIONAL to hang up on a customer intentionally.. Numerous times. Livid at how that went down.
