All they do is rush, rush, rush. The nursing/technical staff ladies are extremely rude and have very poor "bed side manners". The basically tell the parents to shut up in so many words, that they don't want to take the time to explain what they are doing! I swear that these ladies are just burned out. They do a good job but, don't expect them to answer your questions without giving you an attitude!



The Orthodontist is ALWAYS in a rush to move more and more patients through to make more money. He is rough with the patients, and has no intentions of being gentle with your children when it comes to removing old braces to place new one's!

Two young ladies. Two great smiles. Nothing done that was not necessary. Great payment plan. In and out appointments. Wicked good!

My first experience with this Orthodontist office was horrible and I was shocked to learn that such behavior is being allowed. I called to make an appointment for my son, who is in dire need to have some pieces of equipment removed. I was told that because of the 'type' of insurance I had, he would be on a waiting list for at least one year. And the type of insurance you ask? MaineCare, yes, because my son is covered under MaineCare, we have been discriminated against. Additionally, I asked how much it would cost if I paid cash, and they refused to give me any information. Now, why is this allowed to happen? If I had dental insurance or if I made hundreds of thousands of dollars my son would have an appointment tomorrow. And this is from a Dr. who is supposed to be comitted to the health of the people and who took an oath to uphold certain standards?
