I am a lover of Japanese food and enjoy trying all the different spots that Los Angeles has to offer. A friend of mine brought me here recently and I was very impressed. I ended up bringing my boyfriend back later that week so I could share the experience with him. The staff was very attentive despite the crowd and we loved everything we ordered. Definitely get the baked lobster hand rolls, crispy rice and spicy tuna app, and the tuna sashimi with garlic ponzu. It is reasonably priced but the quality is definitely not sacrificed!

My friend and I try to eat here a couple times a month and the staff knows us and greets us. They are the nicest people and their service is fast, efficient and very friendly. We love the mushroom miso and the little bean sprout salad they make. The baked lobster roll is fantastic. Also, they make the best spicy Ponzu we have found in town.

Excellent sushi and outstanding service. The only complaint I have is that the fish slices can be larger.

Food is standard for the affordability of this place. However, the service is awful. Servers are slow, careless, confused and rude. Do not expect to get in and out under an hour, even if you are only ordering 2 rolls. \r \r Staff does not understand anything about customer appreciation. They simply do not care if you are ready to order, if you are ready to pay or if you need something brought to your table.

The owner and staff are outstanding. The sushi is average at best. They need to update the inside of the restaurant and clean the menus, the menus are dirty. Y n Mi is by far better and is right up the street.

Small restruant with friendly service. The owner lady greets every customer personally. Food was great, but also kind of costy. My favorite was spicy scollop roll. The toro is also very very fresh ( @ about $12 for 2 nigiri). You could request the chef to creat a personal roll. It was great, definetly worth going again.
