    We have policies and procedures that we…

    We have policies and procedures that we follow. There is also a Parent Handbook with everything included in it. It goes in great detail about when children are sick. We are cautious about caring for sick children with thick, green snotty noses because they could very well infect all of the other children that we care for. Some people do not understand or like our policies and procedures although they sign a contract in the Parent Handbook stating that they read it. Our center, or myself, Cassidy Elmo, does not know more than a doctor, but we do have policies and procedures that we follow to keep all of our children well. Our center tries to handle and deal with each family professionally, but sometimes the family does not do the same. We are here for the health, safety and well-being of all the children we care for. I'm sorry, Heather Burghardt, that you had one bad experience with not liking our policies and procedures.

    Don't trust them

    We recently pulled our two children from this daycare because they sent my one year old home with a runny nose! I een had a doctors note saying it was just allergies and teething issues and the director Cassidy Elmo thought she knew more than the doctor! When I told them to get the kids stuff together since they would never be back, the director hung up on me! They threw all of the kids stuff into a big black trash bag and set it in front of the door! When I arrived, the director wouldn't even come out of her office to see if there was anything else they could do or to appologize for hanging up on me! I have never been so upset with someone that we had trusted for over 2 years. I can't believe they are still in business with Cassidy as their director! Don't trust this place with your kids lives!
