"I have a 4 yr old doberman that was urinating uncontrollably after we left for a weekend vacation with a dog sitter. I meet Dr Emswiller who was a very straight forward but thorough Doctor. He was Diagnosed with Diabetes Insipidus after some necessary lab testing to figure out what was going on. Not only did I receive a call back to come and discuss the results he even printed out handouts so I could better understand our babies situation. Thanks to Dr Emswiller our dog is back to normal and we are continuing care at Desert Dunes Animal Hospital. Every 3 months we need Bloodwork to check on his status. The front staff knows us by name and everyone seems to genuinlly care about Titan. I wont go anywhere else. I have since seen all the other Doctors through the years and love them all. "
"Double thick walls. You cannot usually hear your neighbors unless both of you have your windows open. The price is one of the lowest on this end of town. You may find an apartment for cheaper, but, it will be tiny. These are very roomy 1 bed, 1 bath and 2 bed 2 full bath units. There are even four units on each building block that have a huge patio and no upstairs neighbors. The kitchens are the small galley style, but there is a breakfast nook. Kitchen comes with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave as well as a decent amount of cupboards and a pantry. TWO BEDROOM STYLE The master bedroom is large enough for a king size bed with a larger walk-in closet and one bathroom connected. The second bedroom is a junior size with a smaller but not tiny closet. The second bathroom in a 2-bedroom is right across the hall from the second bedroom. I'm sorry I have no info on the one bedroom. The bathrooms are standard apartment size bathrooms. Nothing special but serviceable. Full size washer/dryer are in the hallway closet. There is a shelf and one cubby over the washer dryer for some of your linens and detergents. The walls are the knockdown stucco with semi-gloss paint and vertical blinds in all windows which are double-pane glass. It is a closed complex with a security gate so that Washington Street drivers cannot use it as a shortcut or turnabout. We have routine bug and rodent service here so I haven't seen many larger bugs and have never seen other creepy crawlies. Washington Street is a main street and can get noisy on cloudy days - we don't get too many of those here. The managers are friendly and generally leave you alone as long as you follow your lease agreement, so read it carefully and make sure you agree with all parts of it before signing it. That's YOUR responsibility. Bang for your buck? Definitely"
