        Although the product quality is high (most of it anyway), customer service is extremely slow - they have a lot of folks with walkie talkies doing just that.....walking and talking, and no one at the register! Your goods are brought to you from the warehouse, allowing for yet more fun time observing the walkie talkies and waiting, and waiting, and waiting. It's best to shop online with this retailer.
