I went today because they had logged in that my package was delivered .The supervisor Silvera Sanchez was rude and even told me that she was going to hang up the phone on me because i was upset. With good reason did not recieve my package .My regular post man was out and the the person that cover his route clams she left the package in the lobby .Witch back in the week of August 3th someone stole my package .So at the time they said that they was going to put a note on the computer that if i wasnt home to just put a slip in my mail box and ill go pick it up .Miss Sanchez was giving me the run around telling it was no note and they will do the note now .So i asked her can i give a copy incase this happens again .She gave me a flat out NO ! She was Very nasty .I lived in bergenfield for 14 years and i never had no one from that post office Be so disrespectful.My regular mail man is awesome But Miss Sanchez should of done her homework before sending out a mail man (women) without a uniform and without the proper information .The only one to blame the survivor because if she would of done her job and not be so lazy .I would have my package witch I won't get refunded because they logged in delivered.She cause the domino effect .And I losted out on a pair of Prada shoes & my money ����

this lady at the post office is very lazy to work, she is misleading to the customer with their timings, I call few times and she kept saying they close at 12noon on sat where as on the web it shows 1 pm, when I called she kept me on hold for half hour, really if you work there you dont know your times, clearly she was lying
