I was charged $201.00 for an office visit. I inquired about the high bill and was told there are 5 or 6 different levels of office visits they charge for and mine was a level 3 or 4 depending on who you talk to. I then asked for a break down of the different levels and what kind of care I'm supposed to get at each level. Nobody could explain it where if made sense to me. Every one in the office was being snippy. So went back out to wait for my appointment the office manager came to me told me she wasn't going to let me see the Dr. because of the billing dispute. I had been waiting for over a month to get my ex-ray results she decided she didn't want me talking to Dr. Hardy because of this dispute they basically kicked me out of appointment because I challenged them. I told them it would be fair for them to let the patient know about the different levels of billing for office visit was told by another Dr. there it was none of the patients business what level they were getting charged.
