I would not and i repeat recommend any product of this company.We bought a pool from them set it up filled it with water and it blew at the bottom where the seam joins so we took it back to the store they gave us a new one as it was never used so we got the new one set up filled it up and the same happened it came apart at the sesm in another area of the pool this time i called who i thought was the pool company as the number inside the instructions said to do will after some bickering they said send us a picture and we will take care of it well i got a call back and it turns out the manual inside the box was from there competetior who still offered to make good on the pool even upsixe it i was shocked said no it was a poly pool and they should be responsible not there competitior intex pools.Well i called poly pools told them the same as i had told intex pools and polygroup pools said we will replace the liner you pay for s&h i was like i dont think so it was your product you pay for it and who will pay for the water i lost over 11,000 gallons of water they said oh no not us . i told them i would tell others about there service and how they treat others they told me we dont care the company is in china there is nothing you can do an hung up on me . This company is putting out bad product out there expecting the public or the stores that buy from them to foot the bill DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF ANS SCREWE YOU OVER AND LAFF as they go to the bank to get there check it says give then a star rating like a negative 10

Made by www.Polygroup.comI purchased this pool end of Jun 2012 for my husband and I , to lay in the sun and get cooled off in the hot Arizona summers. I spent three hours cleaning the pool, as Im cleaning it, Im watching the dirt from the bottom of the pool recirculate and come right back into the pool through the return. Also the filters for this pool were impossible to find, so I ended up ordering three filters out of Florida off of Amazon.com for 30.00 which last about one cleaning, because the filters arnt getting all the dirt, you have to keep replacing them. This went on well into August , I got a few bladder infections from being in water for so long that was nasty cleaning this pool. Finally since I was spending more time cleaning than enjoying it, I decided to call the company. I got no resolve, infact they were less than interested in the fact that they sold a pool with an inadequate pump to clean it , they were more interested in selling me better products to fix the problem. I already paid 167.00 with taxes for this pool, Im not interested in buying any thing more from them unless they make good on the first deal, I explained this and all I got was Im sorry. So I gave them a piece of my mind, and went to google and did some searching to see what other people had to say about this problem and how to remedy it, I had already decided if I was to keep this pool up I had to find a way to properly clean it. After a few weeks of research and deciding was I really wanting to spend another few hundred dollars, I gave in and I purchased a brand new Intex Krystal Kleer sand pump 16 inch. Another 189.00 plus I purchased for another 69.00 a automatic pool cleaner, which never worked, I also bought a pool cover another 16.00, and more chemicals another 40.00, Back to the pool, my husband hooked up the Krystal Kleer pump without much work and wouldn’t you know it problem solved. I was thrilled!!!! This was late August if we were lucky we could swim maybe a few more times. So were standing outside a week ago and I look down and the liner had sprung a leak on the seam near the pool release valve, which is where you open it up to empty it!! So now I have a really good pump and no pool. I called Polygroup again knowing when I called they weren’t going to support their product but I figured what do I have to lose. Im one week past the warranty, so I already know im going to have to be very lucky. The gentleman I talked to I was very honest, he already had documentation from my last call. So I went over everything with him and was 100% honest. Because I put a pump on this pool that was not a polygroup pump it voided the warranty. I don’t think it would have really mattered I don’t think they ever would have made things right, but to no avail this company does not support its products. Keep in mind they also make Christmas trees and other products. I will be posting this everywhere I can, because in my opinion no one should by anything From this company. Also just to make sure Im very clear here, I got three uses out of this pool besides the cleaning. That was it!!!! For 167.00 dollars not including all the other expenses. There are no children in this family, the pool has had no abuse. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING MADE BY POLYGROUP

This is the worst company to e...

This is the worst company to ever buy a product from. They never have any parts in stock. It took over 50 minutes for someone to answer the phone, they asked all these damn questions, and they put you on hold for 10 more minutes to come back and tell you they do not have the product in stock. I will NEVER buy their product again. I wish I could give them a zero star because they suck

I would not recommend Polygrou...

I would not recommend Polygroup, and or GenFoam to anyone. I am also a customer with an above ground pool. Actually have 2 of them, a smaller quickset inflatable ring pool that holds, 1500 gal of water and a larger frame pool that hold 8000 gals of water. I put my larger pool up awhile ago, and found the pump no longer worked. So i started to contact customer svc, I was told I need to call another number other than the one on the booklet that came with my pool. So I did, and after several attempts and hold times of over an hour each, I decided to just wait it out one day as time was all I had on my hands, after 75 mins, I finally reached a customer service rep. Was told that they were changing over there customer service system and it should get better soon. Well then I told the lady my problem and what I needed based on my husband tearing the pool to find the rotor assembly had broken. I was told that the rotor assembly had been recalled and it was on back order. Then I asked about just getting a new pump, they were outta stock with a 2 wk delivery anticipated. Wow I thought, and these pools are sold everyday. I was furious as I didnt want to waste 8000 gals of water. So i ask her if i could just place the order and it would ship out when the items became available. No I was told. They didnt have a system in place for such. I would have to call back sometime because things change around there daily I was told. That left me with little options. I looked at a local pool parts house for a replacement pump only to find they wouldnt work. So I decided to try bk in about wk, that was also alot of wasted time on hold. This is ridiculous. After a few attempts, and hours, I finally got a man in customer service. He recommend that he set me up a customer number, that way the calls that I did get help on would be on file, I would still have to call bk once my order was placed to keep a check on it because the pump and rotor assembly were still on back order. I did place an order for another part at that time, it was in stock, and was told I should have in a few days as the use Fed Ex. I paid over $8 for shipping of an almost weightess part. I didnt get it for 7 days. I cant count the hours, money and time I (we)have spent on this pool. I feel like they should just send me out a completely new pool and pump. So for anyone and everyone reading this, DO NOT BUY A PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY. I doesnt deserve the one star rating, however, each of the 2 ppl i have talked to did have a pleasant demeanor about them, just a sign of times, shame that some folks have to work for horrible companies this day in time to have a job, and defend and ask for forgiveness of the comsumer to have a job.

have been on hold for 40 minut...

have been on hold for 40 minutes. I have been 10 days without a filter. I have called and wasted HOURS AND HOURS trying to get this resolved. I was told last Friday by Jan that this would be handled on Monday (today) and I would get a phone call. I have not received a call of course. I joked with her and said I did not believe her based on my experience. She absolutely promised up and down it would be handled. She said I have taken ownership and you have nothing to worry about. I AM VERY UNHAPPY. I need someone in your company to reach out to me. 856-889-1699. We were initially told the replacement pump would arrive last Friday. I have spent no less than 4 hours total on hold for this one issue.



I want this piece of crap pool to be taken back by your terrible company. Also, I want reimbursed for the time and chemicals and other things we have done to make this right.

I bought a brand new pool from...

I bought a brand new pool from Sams Club and after 5 hours of setting up the pool, including the sand we bought and had delivered and spreading it to have a level ground area, we put water in the pool and then noticed a place where it had been patched!!! There was also mildew on the pool. I was furious!!! I've tried to call the Polygroup number but I've sat on hold forever!!! I can not get anyone to answer the phone!!! I went to Sams Club and the only thing they suggested was to UNDO the pool and bring the liner back for an exchange!! 5,725 gallons of water they want me to dump out!!! DON'T buy Summer Fun brand pool!!! Polygroup is the manufacturer!! RUN don't buy!!!
