Hello I am the owner of this business, and I must say this individual is correct, allow me to explain. He was infact thrown out of my business by me personally, see he has issues with telling the truth oh and by the way he is the child of the owner of the car. The owner of car he and his wife were very kind and considerate people. They did apologise for their sons behavior and said he often gets involved in things that are not his concern, (their words not mine) The job did run longer than expected. However we are a very very busy shop, we are high in demand as you can tell by the rest of the comments made about us on the internet. We were in contact with the owner of the car the entire time, and he was understanding of our work load. Lets face it any business thats good is going to be busy. In the end the job was perfect as always and the true customer was very satisfied as all my other customers are. Oh and by the way if you are a child still living at home with your parents and come into our shop making threats and demands like a big boy....Well you will be told to leave. Thank you all for reading my response about this situation I hope this helps explain one persons uninformed view. Lastly Taylor never had anything to do with the business transaction for his little brothers car and his mother and father did apologise for his behavior.
I just had the top replaced on my Sebring convertible this week and couldn't be more happy. I'm sure glad I chose this place because they do exceptional work and their prices can't be beat. Bob told me if I brought it in on Monday he would have it done by Tuesday. Because of the winter storm we had, that closed down many places, and the fact that I got the car delivered later than planned, I understood that this would be a hardship for him to be on schedule but I was OK with having to wait an extra day. Well, early Tuesday afternoon Bob called to say my car was ready. He had worked late into the night to get my car done when he said he would because he told me that he always kept his word. To top it off (no pun intended) when he got the top off he found that the support straps that he thought would be still in good shape were badly tattered and he happened to have a set in stock, so he went ahead and replaced those as well and since he didn't consider the extra cost of this in his quote, he didn't charge me for this extra expense saving me another $150 or more. He also said he stands behind his work, so if I have any problems or questions to come back and he will help me out. His work is guaranteed. I highly recommend Ashley Upholstery!
This upholstery shop is the best auto shop, of ANY kind, that I have had the pleasure of working with. I drive a Volvo SUV and do a lot of driving and a lot of hauling of various things. My seats ripped due to so much wear and tear and I have searched high and low for a shop that I trust, or that would even touch a Volvo because of its complexity. I live in Springfield, MO, but drove to Bentonville to have my car worked on. I met with the owner on multiple occasions to make sure that my seats were something that he could fix. Not only did he completely redo the front seats, he and his team made to sure to include every single detail of original stitching that the seats had. He even ordered specific material that would match the existing interior of the car (dashboard, doors, etc.) Never in my life did I expect that. I don't even think a Volvo Dealer would have provided that amount of attention to detail. I am flabbergasted (in a great way) at the professionalism and work that this company gave me and my vehicle. You better believe that I will take my car back down there for them to redo the back set of seats.
