        Just a note to other waste ser...

        Just a note to other waste service companies out there. When you don't pick up our recycles, you should consider separate them by yourselves, which will cost your more.



        My chubby neighbor girl's recycle bin was full and had card boards in it, so WM did not dumb it for her that week. I think that is the reason she switched service.



        The reason I'm switching is because, they keep charging us more and more now.

        There is an increased, 3-4 times in a row makes me even mad.

        They give you a reasonable price when you first started with them, but not for long.

        We were using Apple Recycling ...

        We were using Apple Recycling when they went out of business and we were transferred to Waste Management. Last week I saw them dump my yard waste in with my regular trash and called to complain. The cost of Waste Management has been twice as high as I was paying with Apple Recycing, so I mentioned this as well. Both the young woman I talked to on Friday and the young man I spoke to today said they would be glad to remove the charge for the yard waste container and I could just put my leaves in with my regular trash. Neither seems to understand that this wasn't my problem. I want a trash service that recycles, trash and yard waste. Today the young man offered to deduct the charge for the yard waste container and said that they charge $8.00 per month for the container. I have been paying $12.00 a month for the last four months! I have now cancelled with Waste Management and will find a company more in tune to customer's concerns and more economical for my family.
