I made a good decision switching from my old insurance company to Greg Fay’s. Three years ago we got into a complicated car accident on Thanksgiving. My girlfriend and I did not know what to do. After a long heavy sigh, I called Greg (knowing what day it was) for help. I would highly recommend Greg Fay for your insurance needs. He really takes the time to listen to you and be there for you, not just in the insurance business, but in other aspects of your life as well. It is a very “no pressure” atmosphere as Greg describes the costs/benefits of a variety of options and lets you ponder a solution that would be right for you. He’s very engaging, very responsive, and truly cares about his community. I’ve already had to make two claims and each time Greg was very responsive and the situation was resolved quickly and seamlessly. Other than the fact that he is a Michigan fan and rarely rolls to the basket after setting screens for me in pick-up basketball, I can’t think of a reason why Greg Fay would not be a person that you should get to know.

Greg contacted me out of the blue to do a company profile for my small business, and as any small business owner will tell you, when someone wants to talk about your business, you let them! I was ecstatic when he offered to write a piece about my stationery store, and he explained that he likes to do small business "spotlights" that highlight entrepreneurs in the Dayton area and what we bring to the community. I was extremely impressed that he took the initiative to contact me in order to do something that would help people learn more about what I do, simply because he believes in small businesses and how we all fill unique roles within the community to make it stronger and more diverse. Greg shows a great deal of investment in the community, and uses his business spotlights to actively champion independent businesses.



When I met with Greg to do the interview for my business, I found out right away how incredibly personable and friendly he is. He asked a lot of great questions about my business in order to really get to know me and find out what makes my company different and special. He wrote a glowing review of my shop, posted it on Facebook and LinkedIn and has been a huge advocate of supporting not just my business but others in the Dayton region. I have been an insurance customer of Greg Fay’s for a little under a year, and I have to say, I have never been more impressed with an insurance agent. Greg is available when I need him, he is quick to answer any and all questions I may have, and he is also very friendly.



He worked very hard to get me all the discounts that were possible, thus giving me the best rate I could find for auto insurance. I also purchased renter’s insurance from Greg, and I was extremely happy at the low rate he got me on that as well.
