Crabtree's Auto Body & Paint

After being victim to a hit and run that destroyed the front of my car these guys did their best (which believe me will not meet your expectations.) It has taken 5 or more trips to get my car that was brand new when it was hit back to being just okay.

Trip 1: they repaired the damage but left my car covered in overspray. - they weren't even painting my car!

Trip 2: they removed the overspray but left my car covered in swirls from the polisher. Also corrected the mudflaps that they reinstalled backwards - after I pointed it out to them.

Trip 3: they tried to remove the swirls but instead burned the clear coat and scratched the paint right off on one panel. They also didn't like how the front bumper was set so they fixed that. Car is still a swirly mess.

Trip 4: they fixed the paint they removed and clear coat they burned.

Trip 5: the front bumper still doesn't sit correctly so they tried to fix it again and failed to correct it, saying the bumper can only be taken on and off so many times before the bracket will get loose. Now they say they need to talk to my claims adjuster again. (If you put the bumper on right the first time this would not be a problem!) - at this point they are huffy and pushy about me demanding quality work, don't get mad at me because your technicians don't seem to give a care. I got the car back with white scratches across the lower rear corners this time. Really nice. Even more work for me to correct myself.

Was told the owner would call me, he never did.

They promised that my car "would be like it never happened" after it was hit. Only it has been a nightmare working with these people. Literally the worst place you could take your car. I hate having to work with them, it puts a lump in my throat seeing anything wrong with their work because each time I take my car in for them to fix a mistake they add another flaw.
