On 2/20/16 I took my car in to have the oil changed.

When drying off my car I noticed two small dings/chips along the front hood, it looked as if the chips had been hastily touched up.

I called the dealership service manager and he said he would look into it. As he promised he called me back and he explained to me that the person that had worked on my car was no longer with the company and he would repair the damage to my car at no cost.

When I showed up the next day 2/25/16 We walked out to my car and he started to explain to me that this damage was not done by his "people" and that it has already been repaired by a professional. If this was done by professionals how is it that I still have dents and chips in my hood? At this time he was really trying to get me to settle with the dent-less repair he had already promised me the repair's.

Bottom line is the dealership seemed to be honest and stand by their promises but in my case that is clearly not true.

Better than outstanding buying experience! Our salesman was very knowledgable of the different vehicles. The sales manager was helpful when needed, but not intrusive. The amount they gave on my trade-in was fair the first time. (Usually I've been insulated with a low-ball number.) I needed to bring my vehicle back for a couple of things to be done. Not only was I provided with a loaner car, but they literally told me I could have my pick of any of the vehicles on the used lot, including the Hummer! (I chose the Avalanche).
