Allen PC Service

I was having trouble with my computer & couldn't access the internet. I wasn't sure who to call & decided I'd rather support a small, local company vs. one of the big guys. I called Allen PC Service & I'm glad I did. He was professional (called when he said he would, called 15 minutes before arriving to confirm his arrival time). He was friendly & patient (didn't mind me hovering & asking a bunch of questions). He spoke in a language that a mere mortal could understand vs a computer wizard (he even drew a diagram so I could easily understand a concept he was describing). I felt comfortable having him in my house. He gave me advice on my internet service & which plan might be best for me (even though he has nothing to do with the internet provider & doesn't get anything from them). And, oh yeah, he fixed my computer & it even runs faster than it did before. I'm a customer for life! I will definitely call Allen PC Service again the next time I need help with my computer...and I'm telling all my friends & neighbors to call this guy, too!
