Americas Best Value Inn

I was looking for something cheap for a few nights and that is what I got.



The deadbolt on the door only went in half way.



The chain lock was bolted to the frame of the door with tiny screws and obviously been pulled out many times as it was just hanging there and several times I had to put it back up.



For the shower the cold water was hot and the hot water was cold.



The volume on the TV didn’t work and you could barely hear it.



The continental breakfast was bad. The pastries were dry and hard, the milk was warm and smelled funny, the OJ I think was OK but warm, and the cereal tasted like cardboard.



It is an Indian run hotel and the lobby/eating area had very strong incense burning. I kinda liked it but anyone with asthma or respiratory issues would have had a hard time breathing while checking in or out.



I had a different complaint with them that went on for many months and they were rude and unprofessional and the cooperate office was no better.



And the photos that you see are doctored up to make it look better.

Do Not Stay Here! I was in a time crunch and didn't have a choice, next time I'll just bite the bullet and travel on. Made reservation online, stated I wanted a non-smoking room. When checking in the man at the desk decides to put us in a different room, which after walking in, smelled like an astray! We had 2 adults, 2 children and only enough towels for 2, which were stained. The pillow cases were stained w/makeup and we found a cigarette but in our bed! Needless to say I fumigated everyone upon leaving! People in room next to us must live there. They pulled chairs from the room and were sitting outside and up til all hours of the night. I also sent an email to the company who told me they allow the owners to use their name and forward any issues to them. Guess what, have not heard a thing! Please plan ahead and find somewhere else to say. FYI-couldn't post my review w/o picking a star. Doesn't even deserve 1, wish they had negative.
