Against my better judgement I pre-paid for a package of regular maintenance services from one of their door to door sales people. After 7 months I have been unable to make an appointment they're "always booked." I cannot comment on actual service as I haven't been able to get in. My dad moved out of state and what does he say "take it up to jim & alans!" . I always go to them for vehicle inspections and any of my car needs. Worst service I have ever experienced! I was wrongly accused for writing on the back of a business card earlier in the year. I called to bring my car there, they said come on in and we'll do a diognostic. This young lady owed the repair shop money. She vandalized/put obscene graffiti on company literature/business cards. On her next visit, she was discreetly and professionally informed that we would not work on her car. In multiple previous visits by herself and her mother, neither she, nor her mother, ever complained about the service, repairs, or the pricing. In 22 years in business, this is the first customer we’ve refused service. Unfortunately, internet rating systems provide a disgruntled teenager a forum to present one-sided views.

I really wish I knew who this person is so I could try to make it right. Without knowing who it is, I can only comment in general: We try very hard to give accurate estimates before we begin a job. MOST of the time, we get VERY close. However, on some jobs, we just do not know until AFTER we start the true extent of the repairs. All I can say is, I sincerely apologize if you believe we misled you.
