They are cheap, but they are also liars. They called and told me that my window had been damaged, I disappointingly agreed to wait another week, while informoming them I don't have a car. This whole time you could hear my child in the back ground (she was grumpy) I called and told my parents and my mom wanted more of an explanation. She called and spoke to the supervisor, and they had lied. They simply hadn't ordered my glass, also, I have to reschedule my earlier appointment which was over a month before this one. So they really just didn't give a crap about doing their job if they hadn't already ordered the glass. I simply can't trust a company that lies, especially knowing someone is without a car and they have a child at home. They have no idea what is going on in someone's life and they truly do not care if they can't even do their job! My mother forced their hand into doing their job on the day it was scheduled. If it weren't for her, my child and I would go another week just sitting and waiting. They are truly an inconsiderate company.

I was very disappointed with Auto Glass Fitters. I called and told them I needed a new windshield for an Eagle Talon. They told me they would order it and when it came in the tech would come to my house and replace it, weather permitting. Two days later I got a phone call saying that my windshield was cracked during transit to their location. They said they would order a new one which would be in on the truck the next day and they would call to set up a time to replace it. Then next day passed and I never received the call. So, four days after my initial call to have it replaced, I called them back to see if they received the new windshield. They told me they did and said they would call me back in and hour to confirm a time when I COULD BRING MY CAR TO THEM (as apposed to them coming to me, like they told me the first time I called (and the weather was nice)) for it to be replaced. I never got a call back from them. I was so irritated with the situation, that I called another company and got my windshield replaced the next day, at a cheaper price!
