        Scheduled my first appointment with Dr. McCord in February 2015. It sleeted the night before so I called the office that evening and in the morning to hear if a message was given about inclement weather- there was nothing. Nothing on the website. The roads were clear the next morning when I went to an 8:00 appointment. There was no one at the office- just a locked door. There was no courtesy to call me, as a patient, to say they would not be open; and there was nothing on the internet site. They never even contacted me to reschedule. Evidently they don’t respect their patients. These are not the “care givers” for me.

        Facts first.

        First time in four years i've been to a dentist and they take time to explain and let you decide what you want to do. But they do arm you with the facts first and that is an amaizing attribute.

        Overall

        Best experience ever with a dentist, with a great staff both professional and caring! Have had four teeth capped and gotten great results each time, check-ups and cleaning are very thorough and findings and recommendations are explained in detail. Now my wife, daughter, and her husband are patients of Dr. McCord!
