        Paul came over to help us with several problems with our refrigerator. He was able to quickly diagnose the problems and helped us decide which items were worth having him fix, which ones I could probably do on my own, and which ones might not be worth it considering the age of the fridge. He was very personable and was willing to explain some of the internals of the appliance so I could better understand the problem. I would certainly call Paul again if I have any problems with any of my appliances.
